Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines the financial rules regarding service subscriptions and ticketing transactions on Limvix.
1. Platform Services
All subscription plans and service fees paid directly to Limvix are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins or platform resources are consumed, unless agreed otherwise in a written service agreement.
2. Event Ticket Purchases
Limvix is the technology provider. The event organizer retains full responsibility for defining and executing their own ticket refund policy. Ticket buyers must contact the organizer directly for refunds.
3. Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled by its organizer, ticket refunds are governed by the contract between the organizer and attendees. Limvix assumes no liability for ticket refunds or organizer defaults.
